A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference with an arrival
date of Friday, 9/16 and a check-out date of Sunday 9/18.
If you need (or want) to stay over Sunday night, the hotel will charge
the reserved rate.
25 Master Double Suites have been
reserved at a cost of $129 (plus tax) each night
25 Oversized Queen Suites have been
reserved at a cost of $109 (plus tax) each night.
15 rooms have been reserved for the
night of the Thursday the 15th.
